Purpose
The
purpose of the Ohio Plan is to jointly exercise powers common
to each participating member to establish and administer
a risk management program; (Ohio Revised Code 2744) to prevent
or lessen the incidence and severity of losses occurring
from the activities of the members; and to defend and protect
members of the Ohio Plan against allegations of negligence
or loss.
