The Ohio Plan Healthcare Consortium (OPHC) is committed to containing costs while maintaining quality benefit programs. We are a fully funded, self-insured trust offering a variety of benefit plans to participating employers and their employees.

The Health Trust offers 21 different healthcare benefit plans for active employees with additional plan design flexibility for any group with a minimum of 50 eligible employees. These options include PPO, high deductible and consumer directed options.  The program can also accommodate HSA funding and HRA administrative services 

The Ohio Plan Healthcare Consortium has chosen to partner with Medical Mutual of Ohio to provide administration and network services.  Medical Mutual is the oldest and largest healthcare provider in the state with a long standing history of providing superior product and services to the municipal groups in this state.
