This year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary of providing creative insurance solutions for Ohio’s public entities. Approaching 600 members we continue to be one of the largest and most successful alternative insurance programs in the state of Ohio.
In 2007, the formation of The Ohio Plan Healthcare Consortium was approved by The Ohio Plan Board of Directors. It was formed to provide cost-effective, quality healthcare benefit options for employees and their families and offers group medical, prescription drug, dental and vision plans. The program is designed for rate stability and cost savings achieved through the strength of the collective membership of The Ohio Plan.
