The Ohio Plan Healthcare Consortium along with Medical Mutual have partnered with DenteMax, a premier national dental PPO network, to provide our members access to one of the most extensive networks in Ohio and throughout the United States.

Getting the dental care that is needed is easy. Members are free to go to any network (or non-network) provider of their choice. Members who choose to receive care from a network provider will receive the highest level of benefits and avoid balance bills. Members can also choose to receive services from a non-network provider but will be subject to higher out-of-pocket costs. The selection of a primary care dentist is not required. In addition, no referrals are needed for specialty dental care.
