The Ohio Plan was formed in 1988 and just recently the Ohio Plan Healthcare Consortium was created.  The Ohio Plan is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of public officials selected from the Ohio Plan membership. The Board of Directors contracts with qualified administrators to perform the tactical duties of the Ohio Plan.
